Who We Serve

The Philadelphia Bridges office serves:

  • Youth participants from the school districts listed below on this page
  • Ticket to Work holders under the age of twenty-three

We also work closely with parents, guardians and local schools.

Age & Residency Requirements

  • Are between the ages of 17-22
  • Have a documented disability
  • Have documentation of eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Are interested in employment
  • Have reached a level of independence to work without intensive on-the-job coaching
  • Philadelphia Resident


Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit System (SEPTA) is the main transportation system for the downtown area. The Bridges office is accessible using SEPTA bus, trolley, or train systems. For more information about the SEPTA system please visit, or call the Customer Information Center at (215) 580-7800.

  • Downtown Routing Buses. 12th & Market is the closest bus station to the Philadelphia Bridges office and City Hall is very close by. Many bus routes follow Broad Street, Market Street, Chestnut Street, and Walnut Street routes.
  • Downtown Rail Station. Jefferson Station is the closest regional rail stop to the Bridges office. This stop is located on 15th Street and Market Street—about 4 blocks away from the Bridges office.
  • Downtown Subway Routes. (Blue or Orange Lines.) The Jefferson Station/11th Street stop on the blue line (the EL train) and the City Hall street stop on the orange line (the subway) are the closest train stops to the Bridges office. The Bridges office is within 3 blocks of each of these stops.


Meter parking available on Broad Street, Chestnut Street and the surrounding areas.
Paid parking available at the Park America garage at 13th and Market. Parking at this garage is $8.00 per 20mins (rates subject to change).
The Philadelphia Municipal Lot at 15th and Arch offers all day parking for $10.
